adidas and Pharrell Williams continue their partnership with a Crazy BYW and an Originals Solar SU Glide M to celebrate Chinese New Year. The collaborative duo has been known to honor traditions from many cultures, and the influence of Chinese culture is boldly displayed on this Crazy BYW, as red and gold appear in a dragon scale pattern across the Primeknit upper with “AMBITION” stitched in white down the center of the sneaker. The Originals Solar HU Glide M takes a more subdued colorblock approach with red and black panels and hits of gold on the heel tab, liner, tongue logo, and beneath the lace panels with “Hu” embroidered onto the toe box.
Available on January 26th at 12AM Midnight EST on PackerShoes.com and in-store at 12PM Noon EST at Teaneck and Jersey City.

In anticipation of the 2019 launch of the adidas Nite Jogger, Packer conceptualized the story of the Night Dweller – a person whose creative pursuits come alive at night, featuring one of today’s most prolific wildstyle graffiti artists, HOACS.
Originally designed in the late 1970s as a shoe for those who ran during the murky hours of dusk and dawn, the high-visibility ethos of the adidas Nite Jogger has been reimagined with a contemporary approach.
The 2019 iteration offers full-length Boost cushioning, ripstop nylon, mesh knit, and suede overlays that help balance the OG feel with modern day construction and technology. The launch colorway pays homage to the classic version with splashes of vibrant orange throughout the black-based upper.
The adidas Nite Jogger ($140) releases at 12 Midnight EST on Saturday, January 12th online at PackerShoes.com and in-store at 12 noon EST at both locations (sizes 7 – 13).
Yoji Yamamoto and adidas again unite for a Y-3 ZX Run and two colorways of the Y-3 Ratio Racer. As the name implies, the ZX Run draws inspiration from the famed ZX series, using both suede and smooth leather across the upper with perforated leather on the heel cap and tongue. A red stripe appears below the laces, while branding appears on a tonal perforated logo and bold black branding on the back. Bearing resemblance to the NMD and I-5923 with a knit upper and bootie construction, the Ratio Racer shrinks the heel height for a shift in perspective. A predominantly black Primeknit upper with white dots and stripes appears on one offering, while the other reverses that pattern with branding on the tongue and an outsole with visible branding.
Tokyo’s White Mountaineering tackles two adidas Terrex models meant to handle the outdoors. A high top Terrex GTX-Surround uses GORE-TEX Surround material to keep the foot warm in freezing temperatures and cool when the mercury rises. A bungee lacing system makes for quick tightening and loosening, no matter the conditions. A low top Two GTX features GORE-TEX lining and one touch bungee lacing as well over a thick EVA midsole.

Three more adidas models arrive as part of their 7-sneaker Dragon Ball Z collection: the Deerupt Runner, the Kamanda 01, and the Ultra Tech. The purple Deerupt Runner honors Son Dohan with reflective gold flashes under the purple mesh netting set over a gum sole. The Kamanda 01 in coral represents Majin Buu with perforated Three Stripes meant to celebrate Majin’s ability to shoot steam out of the holes in his body. A smoky black sole finishes it off with a lime green logo on the heel tab. Finally, the Ultra Tech evokes Vegeta’s colors of royal and gold, with quilted material to evoke his body armor. His catchphrase “OVER 9000” is stitched into the heels to give the model a personalized touch.
The monochrome, minimal styling of the Yeezy 500 arrives in a “salt” colorway. Suede, mesh, and smooth leather collide on the upper that sits over a 90s adidas basketball Adiprene sole. True to the previous 500s, the sneaker offers ultra-minimal branding and lets the silhouette stand on its own.

When the UltraBoost arrived in 2015, it was celebrated as a game-changer, and the “Cream” colorway was one of the most sought-after. Returning as the UltraBoost LTD with an updated Continental outsole, the sneaker features a Primeknit upper with the same cream and grey patterning set against a grey heel cup.
