adidas Originals by NEIGHBORHOOD

There are 13 years of collaborative history between NEIGHBORHOOD and adidas, and Cali Thornhill DeWitt joins this capsule and includes his well-known Old English font on sneakers and apparel. Black and olive green make up the base colors for the collection of two versions of the Kamanda, each with asymmetrical lacing and debossed DeWitt font on nubuck uppers. The 1-5923 mixes olive and tan on the uppers with a plastic heel cup and branded heel and tongue tabs. Giving the iconic Stan Smith an upgrade, a Boost sole adds cushioning with a monochromatic olive upper that features debossed branding. For tops, two t-shirts, two hoodies, two track tops, and a black and white crew sweatshirt will be available, each with co-branded detailing, including a target logo. Two pairs of track pants will also hit the shelves in olive and black.

Vans was the first company to sponsor BMX riders, and two Era models arrive as a nod to early action sports athletes. A navy and red two-tone option was first adopted in 1976 by Dogtown legends Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta and features a red checkerboard pattern on the midsole. Another yellow and blue model follows the same formula with sturdy canvas and leather lining.

Nike Air Foamposite One “Abalone” ($230)

For the many who love the Air Foamposite One, the upper has been a great canvas for different resplendent finishes on well-received versions throughout the years. This take on the classic Nike hoops model uses the shell of the abalone as its inspiration with its iridescent sheen and detailed markings. Black, as it often does on this silhouette, balances the shoe on the laces, tongue, lining, and midfoot shank. A black outsole also takes the place of the translucent outsole often found on the Foamposite One.

Air Jordan 13 Retro “Olive” ($190)

After skyrocketing in the sock business with pairs in over 40 countries, California’s STANCE enters the footwear world with this collaboration with New Balance for a 997 and a 1978. The 997 appears in a palette of tan, coral, and blues with a band of marbled teal, meant to resemble Boston’s residential neighborhoods. Perforated suede, nubuck, smooth leather, and snakeskin-patterned leather trade places on the upper with a co-branded footbed featuring the coordinates of both company’s headquarters. The 1978 has a colorway based on the coastline of San Clemente, CA with the light shade of blue representing the sea and the beige calling sand to mind. A clean white Vibram outsole finishes off the lightweight 1978. Each pair comes with its own custom pair of STANCE socks and a custom box as well.

Both styles are available tonight at midnight EST online at
