With today’s NBA being primarily a “small ball” league dominated by 3-guard line ups and the official extinction of the  center position on this year’s all-star ballot, athletic big men are praised for being “Kings” and “Supermen”…

But during the 1990’s when centers and power forwards were true “blue collar” positions and almost all NBA teams had at least two legit big men defending the paint, few dared to venture into the dark territory inside of the free throw line with the athletic heroics displayed by the “Reign Man” himself, Seattle Supersonics starting power forward Shawn Kemp (just ask Chris Gatling and Alton Lister). Kemp’s career peaked in 1995–96, when he and Gary Payton led the Sonics to a franchise-record 64 wins and their first NBA Finals appearance since 1979.

Transporting him thru this astonishing NBA season was none other than the Reebok Kamikaze II Mid. Returning in it’s original form featuring a white leather & black nubuck upper with Racing Green accents on the midsole and vector logo, these will definitely continue to reign on the courts and streets once again.

The Reebok Kamikaze II Mid is now available for pre-order online @ PackerShoes.com. Orders will ship on January 18th (1/18).
