New Balance M991 “MADE IN THE UK”

Classic New Balance craftsmanship abounds on two “Made in the UK” versions of the M991. Each model blends a mesh base on the upper with suede and leather overlays with 3M hits on the N logo and on the circle heel logo. One option has blue mesh with graphite suede with a hit of cranberry leather on the collar, while the other has a brown mesh base with a cranberry hit on the heel and different shades of brown throughout.

While last year marked the return of New Balance‘s American-made, Vibram-equipped New Balance 990, 2014 will see the Boston-based giant reissue the beloved M997GY. Originally released in 1991, the 2014 retro stays true to the OG with a tonal grey upper of premium leather, suede, mesh and reflective accents as the 997′s ENCAP sole unit remains intact.

Crafted in limited numbers in the United States, the New Balance M997GY re-issue will be available this Saturday, January 18th at Packer Shoes both in-store and online at PackerShoes.com.

Retail is $200 USD.
