Nike Vapormax ’95 “Neon” – Blck-Volt-Med Ash-Drk Pewter-Dust-Granite ($190)

Adding a Vapormax Air unit to the famed neon colorway of the Nike Air Max 95 creates a fusion of old and new. The iconic neon and grey colorway of the original Air Max 95 is preserved here, keeping the volt hits on the lace eyelets, Swoosh, and tongue logo. A blacked-out Vapormax unit replaces the Air bubbles from the original model to add an upgrade while preserving the styling of its predecessor.

Nike Air Vapormax Flyknit 2 – Volt ($190)

Volt  is often used as an accent color on many models, but on this Nike Air Vapormax Flyknit 2, the entire upper boasts the bold neon color. The entire Air unit, upper, and laces pop with bright neon yellow, while black provides contrast on the heel cup, heel pull, tongue logo details and mudguards. A white Swoosh cuts across the upper and a 3M strip hits the heel.

Nike continues to grow its famed Air Max technology, and the new Air Max 270 boasts its tallest Air unit on the heel in these two offerings meant to pay respect to two classics–the Air Max 93 and the Air Max 180. The emerald model pays homage to the Air Max 93 and adopts a white mesh upper with black on the heel cup, mudguards, and bootie liners. Emerald hits on the heel pull and Swoosh logos for a pop of color. A different Flyknit model wraps an ultramarine blue portion of the upper around the collar and heel, contrasted by a solar red heel cup and Air unit meant to mimic the iconic colorway of the Air Max 180. Both models include a clever “3.26” logo which hits the footbed to remind the wearer of Air Max Day.

With Air Max Day near, Nike releases an Air Max 180, an Air Max 93, and an Air Max 98 to make sure women get their share of options. The white 93 gets a direct styling with black on the collar and mudguard and hits of turquoise on the Swoosh and Air unit. The recent release of the Air Max 270 was inspired by the Air Max 180 from 1991, which again arrives in this OG colorway of ultramarine and solar red with a breathable mesh upper and hits of suede. Women also get a minimal white Air Max 98 colorway with “fossil” white on the mudguard, toe, heel pull, embroidered stripes, and tongue–all finished off with a black outsole.
