adidas Originals reconstructs classic silhouettes in the ‘Never Made’ Pack. Encompassing a variety of sneakers from the brand’s past, the shoes are enhanced with updated technology, blending futuristic soles with mismatched uppers.
The pack includes the 98 X Crazy BYW – a hybrid model for greater flexibility in the foot, ZX 930 X EQT – noted as, “the classic-meets-contemporary Boost EQT midsole”, Country x Kamanda that dons a suede upper with a textured gum sole, and the Micropacer x R2 – an influential design with an NMD Boost sole.
Archival collegiate stripes provide the inspiration for a duo of adidas models in collaboration with Pharrell Williams and Billionaire Boys Club. Bright yellow, scarlet red, and bright blue are colors taken from classic college uniforms, which fall across the NMD HU on the Primeknit upper with a navy cage, collar, bumpers, liner, and “HEART” and “MIND” embroidery. The Tennis HU V2 mixes navy, white, and red stripes with white over a white sole with a navy heel tab. Co-branding appears in gold on the heel tabs of both models, using the trefoil and BBC’s Spaceman and “B” logos to cement the collaboration.
Available at 12 Midnight EST on October 20th at PackerShoes.com and at 12 Noon EST at both Teaneck and Jersey City locations.

Packer Shoes was around before most modern footwear brands, major sports leagues or any kind of sneaker culture. A family business founded in Yonkers, New York, in 1907, we have been retailing sporting apparel ever since. With a long and proud history in the business, we have witnessed much change, maintaining a unique awareness of sports heritage along the way.
For our upcoming adidas Consortium collaboration, we set out to create an NMD Runner in a colorway that pays tribute to this long legacy and our vast knowledge and experience in the field. With the NMD, adidas has firmly established a philosophy that emphasizes the close relationship between heritage design references and progressive product innovation, and we wanted this project to be a direct reflection of that ideology.
We looked to adidas’ rich and colorful apparel archive for our inspiration, adopting a classic color palette that was a prominent fixture in much of the brand’s ‘80s and ‘90s sportswear output. Using a full multi-color Primeknit upper featuring a front back color-split
As a nod to all the dedicated collectors who scour the globe hunting for vintage adidas footwear and apparel, we shot the Packer x adidas Consortium NMD lookbook inside LA’s Tried & True Co., one of the premier destinations in the world for vintage sportswear treasures.
The Packer x adidas Consortium NMD Runner PK ($180) will be releasing Saturday, November 12th, in-store at both Packer locations and online at PackerShoes.com.
