Sneakersnstuff x Converse One Star ($110)

Sneakersnstuff emerged in 1999 in Sweden as a go-to boutique for sneaker collectors, and Converse tapped the shop (which has expanded to other countries, including the US with a new NYC space) for a One Star model that mixes materials and camo patterns. Suede and smooth leather mix on the uppers of this low-top model–one in a classic “canteen” pattern. Branding for the boutique appears in faint text on the midsole and on the co-branded footbed.

Available tonight at midnight EST online at

CLOT x Converse First String One Star – Black/Blanc de Blanc ($110)

Continuing with successful collaborations with elite boutiques and brands worldwide, the Converse First String line delivers another One Star model, this time with Edison Chen’s CLOT brand from China. Using simple black and white hairy suede, this colorway draws on the tranquility derived from meditation. Tai Chi symbols and sayings appear on the midsole, as black and white play off of each other on the upper. Furthering the theme, the box lid includes diagrams of Tai Chi movements, and the footbed includes black and white symbols.

Available tomorrow at noon EST in very limited quantities in-store only at our Jersey City location.

Footpatrol x Converse First String One Star – Vanilla Custard ($110)

London’s Footpatrol, a premier destination for sneakers since 2002, collaborates with Converse First String on a “Jewels of Soho” One Star and coach’s jacket. Named for the shop nestled into the Soho neighborhood in LDN, this tan suede One Star is full of details like a jeweled midfoot star, laces that say “The Devil is in the Details,” Footpatrol stitching on the heel, and subtle branding on the tongue, footbeds, and outsole. A coach’s jacket ($120) accompanies the shoe in the same tan hue with subtle grosgrain heel tape at the collar and tonal stitching throughout with a large gas mask logo on the back incorporating both brands’ logos.
